Real .NET work
Work on production .NET systems where the engineering bar is high. REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and the backend complexity that only shows up when the product and the traffic are real.
.NET backend systems, APIs, and cloud-native architecture for US product teams that take engineering quality seriously.

Work on production .NET systems where the engineering bar is high. REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and the backend complexity that only shows up when the product and the traffic are real.
BEON gives you direct access to US product companies, not through layers of account managers, but as an embedded engineer working alongside the team that ships the product.
A dedicated Talent Experience Manager tracks your progress, surfaces opportunities before you have to look for them, and makes sure your role keeps pushing you forward.
Short engagements don't build careers. BEON structures placements for continuity, so you spend less time context-switching and more time becoming genuinely indispensable to the team you're on.
The way BEON is set up reflects a single belief: when engineers are treated well, the work they produce is better. That's not a tagline. It's how we actually run.
Our process is designed to be clear, supportive, and focused on finding the right long-term match for both engineers and clients.

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about our process. If you need more details, feel free to reach out!
.NET engineers at BEON are embedded directly into US product teams, owning backend systems and contributing to architecture decisions. You work as part of the team that ships the product, with direct access to the engineers and stakeholders driving it.
Yes, every .NET role at BEON is fully remote. You'll work from your country with scheduled overlap during US business hours for standups, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
Senior .NET developers at BEON typically earn between $8,200 and $9,000/month. This can vary depending on seniority and location.
BEON supports USD payments through methods that adapt to each country. In most of LATAM, engineers can receive payments through bank transfers. In Colombia and Mexico, Wise is often preferred for speed and lower fees. In Argentina and Venezuela, USDC or USDT are common options for receiving funds quickly.
Strong ASP.NET Core skills, clean architecture knowledge, cloud experience (Azure especially), and the ability to work independently in a distributed team. US product companies also look for .NET engineers who think beyond the feature, who understand database performance, service boundaries, and what "maintainable" actually means three years down the line.
Most openings target engineers with 5 to 8+ years of production .NET experience. Tech lead roles are available for engineers ready to own architectural decisions and support the growth of other developers on the team.
The process starts with a culture and English assessment, followed by a live technical interview with BEON's senior engineers. From there, candidates move to a direct interview with the client's CTO or Hiring Manager. Most complete the full process within one to two weeks.
Full-time and exclusive to one client team. BEON handles payroll, benefits, and compliance so you can focus entirely on the product.
