Strong Swift and SwiftUI skills, experience shipping apps to production on the App Store, solid architecture knowledge, async programming fluency, and the ability to collaborate clearly with distributed teams. US companies also value engineers who think about UX, performance, and long-term code maintainability, not just feature delivery.
Most openings target mid to senior iOS engineers (5–8+ years of native iOS experience). We also hire for tech lead roles. All candidates go through a technical screen before being matched to open positions.
Three stages: a cultural and English assessment, a live technical interview with senior engineers, and client-side interviews with CTOs or Hiring Managers. Most candidates complete the full process within 1–2 weeks.
